update & peek at kitchen

at least i was able to cook corndogs and mac & cheese last night. LOL! but still so much left to do....tile the backsplash and find a few more cabinet doors that match our current lot (our original order was filled from three different factories...therefore, three different colors...don't know what they were thinkin'). and hubby let me know that we need to install our new cabinets in the laundry room before the 90 day return period expires, which is in about 3 weeks. seems this is not even close to over yet. oh well.....i'm determined to get the kitchen complete so we can stop living amongst boxes and free up my studio (and brain) so i can paint something...anything!! before i lose the thread of sanity i have left. LOL!

thanks for being so patient with me y'all! i'm hoping to start catching up on emails/messages this week some time....but i can't make any promises. i just have to see how it goes...my brain's still feeling kinda scrambled. i think the sooner i get rid of these boxes, the better i'm gonna feel. so i'd better get back to it, but gotta fix lunch for me and the kiddo first. have a great wednesday y'all!!! xoxo
